Top Picks for Vegan Restaurants in Disney World

Pack your bags (and ears) because the most magical place on earth is vegan and plant-based friendly. We taste tested our way around Walt Disney World and created a list of the Best Vegan Restaurants in Walt Disney World for you. “All you need is faith and trust and a little pixie dust.”

Disney World parks and properties have multiple options for vegans, plant-based, and vegetarians. From special events to everyday dining, Walt Disney World Resorts and Parks have stepped up their game in the vegan and plant-based space. Snack posts have healthier options like fresh fruit, vegetables, and protein bars. Best of all, vegan restaurants (and restaurants with vegan options) are welcoming guests with unique entrees and delicious tapas. Events such as RunDisney and the Food and Wine Festival are sponsored by vegan brands too!

Table service on Disney properties will accommodate dietary restrictions. And, want to know a little secret? You can call ahead and request Erin McKenna’s NYC Bakery treats at most table service restaurants. Sorry, Disney. The mouse is out of the bag.

Disney Springs

Formerly Downtown Disney, Disney Springs received a makeover (ow, ow!) and is looking better than ever. Not only is a great place to take a stroll, but it also houses unique options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Kids will love the carousel, Disney Store, Lego Store, and live performances at the Disney Springs stage. Adulting at Springs is awesome, too. Virtual reality consoles, bars, and bowling are on site to keep older Mouseketeers smiling through the night. Shopping includes Zara, Sephora, and UNIQLO to name a few.

It’s a great stop if you’re looking for a break from the parks or you want to experience Disney without the cost of a park ticket. Did we mention they have a vegan bakery? Worth it just for that.
